There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The European Union Referendum (Conduct) Regulations 2016, Paragraph 21.
21. Regulation 67 of the relevant regulations (persons entitled to be present at proceedings on issue of postal ballot papers)(1) applies for the purposes of the referendum but as if for “returning officer” there were substituted “counting officer”.
