There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The European Union Referendum (Conduct) Regulations 2016, Paragraph 25.
25. Regulation 71 of the relevant regulations (time when postal ballot papers are to be issued)(1) applies for the purposes of the referendum but as if for the words from “be issued” to the end there were substituted—
“not be issued by a counting officer so as to be received by persons entitled to vote in the referendum before the beginning of the relevant period within the meaning of section 125 of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 (restriction on campaigning by certain persons or bodies).”
