12. In regulation 45(3) (Childcare grant)—
(a)in paragraph (b), omit the final “or”;
(b)in paragraph (c)—
(i)after “bursary”, insert “or Scottish healthcare allowance”;
(ii)for the full-stop, substitute “; or”;
(c)after paragraph (c), insert—
“(d)A’s partner is eligible for a healthcare tuition payment and has elected to receive financial support for childcare under section 63 of the Health Services and Public Health Act 1968(1).”.
