6. In the Unregistered Companies Regulations 2009 M1, in regulation 2 (interpretation), in sub-paragraph (a)—
(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (iii), delete “or”;
(b)at the end of sub-paragraph (iv), insert “ or ”;
(c)after sub-paragraph (iv), insert—
“(v)a protected cell company registered under Part 4 of the Risk Transformation Regulations 2017.”
