13.—(1) Regulation 2.B.2 (restrictions on eligibility: general) is amended as follows.
(2) In sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph (1H)(1)—
(a)after “2013 Act”, insert “or subsection (5) of section 18 of the 2014 Act”;
(b)for “that section” substitute “those sections”.
(3) In paragraph (1J)(2) in sub-paragraph (a), after “2013 Act” insert “or Schedule 5 to the 2014 Act”;
(4) In sub-paragraph (c), substitute—
(a)after “2013 Act”, insert “or subsection (5) of section 18 of the 2014 Act”;
(b)for “that section” substitute “those sections”.
(5) In paragraphs (13C) and (13D)(3), for “(8B)” substitute “(13B)”.
(6) In paragraph (13F)(4), for “2M.3” substitute “2.M.3”.
