42.—(1) In rule 18.7(5)—
(a)after the word “after”, insert “a notice is delivered under rule 5.9(1) (members’ voluntary winding up) or after”;
(b)omit the words “94 or”; and
(c)omit the words “to members (members’ voluntary winding up) or”.
(2) In rule 18.7(6), for “send” substitute “deliver”.
