7. Section 37(2) of the Act does not apply in relation to reports published under section 55 of the Police Act 1996(1) on or before 1st May 2017.
1996 c. 16; section 55 was amended by section 84 of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 c. 16. There are other amendments but none is relevant.
