10. In new sections 66DA to 66DC of the 1991 Act(1)—
(a)a reference to sections 66A to 66C of the 1991 Act is to be read as if new sections 66A to 66C of the 1991 Act(2) were in force;
(b)a reference to a section 66D agreement is a reference to a section 66D agreement as defined in new section 66D(9) of the 1991 Act.
Sections 66DA to 66DC were inserted by paragraph 4 of Schedule 2 to the 2014 Act.
New sections 66A and 66C were substituted by paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the 2014 Act.
