34. The amendments made to section 185 of the 1991 Act(1) by article 6(5) do not have effect—
(a)in relation to water undertakers and sewerage undertakers whose areas are wholly or mainly in England until section 20 of the 2014 Act is brought into force by the Secretary of State;
(b)in relation to water undertakers and sewerage undertakers whose areas are wholly or mainly in Wales until section 20 of the 2014 Act is brought into force by the Welsh Ministers.
