6.—(1) Part 1 of Schedule 10 to the Postal Services Act 2011(1) (conduct of postal administration: application with modifications of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 9, at the end of the substituted paragraph 54(2)(d) insert “other than an opted-out creditor”.
