2. The following provisions of the Education and Adoption Act 2016 come into force on 11th January 2017:
(a)section 1 (coasting schools) for all remaining purposes;
(b)section 16 (consequential repeals) so far as it repeals provisions of the Apprenticeship, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009(1) and the Education Act 2011(2).
