21. In section 112(4)(1) (duty to consult before setting criteria for voluntary registration), before paragraph (aa) insert—
“(za)the HCA,”.

Section 112 was amended by section 26 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 (c. 20), section 195(1) of the Localism Act 2011 and paragraph 11 of Schedule 1 to S.I. 2010/844.
