35. In section 252(1) (appointment of manager: supplemental)—
(a)in subsection (4) before paragraph (aa) insert—
“(za)the HCA,”,
(b)after subsection (6) insert—
“(6A) The regulator must notify the HCA of an appointment or requirement under section 251(2).”.
Section 252 was amended by paragraph 52 of Schedule 16 and paragraph 64 of Schedule 19 to the Localism Act 2011 and paragraph 69 of Schedule 1 to S.I. 2010/844.
