8.—(1) Section 68 (use of filtering arrangements in pursuance of an authorisation) is amended as follows.U.K.
(2) In subsection (3), in the words before paragraph (a), for “the designated senior officer's decision” substitute “ the decision of the person granting the authorisation ”.
(3) In subsection (4), in the words before paragraph (a), for “A designated senior officer” substitute “ A person ”.
(4) In subsection (5), for “the designated senior officer” substitute “ the person ”.

Impact Assessments
Impact Assessments generally accompany all UK Government interventions of a regulatory nature that affect the private sector, civil society organisations and public services. They apply regardless of whether the regulation originates from a domestic or international source and can accompany primary (Acts etc) and secondary legislation (SIs).
