19. In section 75 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982(1) (investigation of accidents), omit subsection (1A) (power to make provision for the purpose of implementing Council Directive 94/56/EC(2)).
1982 c.16. Subsection (1A) was inserted by S.I. 1996/76, which is revoked by these regulations (see regulation 3).
