Amendment of regulation 27 (delegation of enforcement powers)

21.—(1) Regulation 27 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)—
(a)after “following powers” insert “and functions”;
(b)after sub-paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba)the inspection functions under regulation 23A;”.
