25.—(1) The Marketing of Vegetable Plant Material Regulations 1995 M1 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 5(d)(i), for “the Vegetable Seeds Regulations 1993 M2” substitute “ the Seed Marketing Regulations 2011 M3 ”.
(3) In regulation 8(4), for “the Vegetable Seeds Regulations 1993” substitute “ the Seed Marketing Regulations 2011 ”.
