2. The following provisions of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 come into force on 16th July 2018 —
(a)section 177(1) so far as it relates to the provisions specified in sub-paragraph (c);
(b)paragraphs 2(3) and 3 of Schedule 16 (extension of driving disqualification); and
(c)paragraphs 90(1) and (2) and (6) to (9) and 91 of Schedule 21 (minor and consequential amendments).
