31. In regulation 22—
(a)in paragraph (1)(a)(i), after “regulation 4” insert “or 4A”;
(b)in paragraph (1)(a)(ii), after “regulation 12” insert “or 12B”;

(i)before paragraph (i) insert—
“(ai)a variation under regulation 12A;”;
