2. In the Schedule to the Health Professions Council (Registration and Fees) Rules Order of Council 2003(1)—
(a)in rule 2 (interpretation), in the definition of “the Order”, for “Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001” substitute “Health Professions Order 2001”,
(b)in rule 2A (application to visiting health or social work professionals from relevant European States) and in the heading to that rule, omit “or social work” in both places,
(c)in rule 11C (information required on indemnity arrangements), omit paragraph (4),
(d)in the table in Schedule 5 (registration period)—
(i)in column 1 omit “Social Workers”,
(ii)in column 2, in the entry relating to social workers, omit “30th November in an even-numbered year”.
