35.  In the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) Regulations 2015(1)—

(a)in regulation 3 (interpretation), in the following definitions, for “Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001” substitute “Health Professions Order 2001”—

(i)“chiropodist or podiatrist independent prescriber”, in paragraph (b),

(ii)“paramedic independent prescriber”, in paragraph (b),

(iii)“physiotherapist independent prescriber”, in paragraph (b),

(iv)“relevant register”, in paragraph (d),

(v)“supplementary prescriber”, in paragraph (b)(iv),

(vi)“therapeutic radiographer independent prescriber”, in paragraph (a),

(b)in regulation 76(4) (provision of information to a medical officer etc.), in the following definitions, for “Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001” substitute “Health Professions Order 2001”—

(i)“occupational therapist”,

(ii)“physiotherapist”.
