In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trials) Regulations 2004(1), in paragraph (f) of the definition of “health care professional”, for “Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001, other than a social worker registered in Part 16” substitute “Health Professions Order 2001”.
