3. In paragraph 3(1)—
(a)for sub-paragraph (2)(b) and (c) substitute—
“(b)omit “(or, in the case of a Community trade mark, in the European Community)”. ”;
(b)in sub-paragraph (5), in the inserted subsection 5(4)(aa), omit “any provision of EU law or”.
