Paragraph 53 of Schedule B1

28. Paragraph 53(2) of Schedule B1(1) is to be read as if—
(a)at the end of paragraph (b) “and” were omitted; and
(b)after paragraph (b) there were inserted—
“(ba)the appropriate national authority, and”.

Paragraph 53 of Schedule B1 was amended by paragraph 10(9) and (10) of Schedule 9 to the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015.
