Amendment of the Unregistered Companies Regulations 2009

18. In the Unregistered Companies Regulations 2009(1), in paragraph 20(1) of Schedule 1 (provisions of the Companies Acts applying to unregistered companies)—
(a)after paragraph (c) insert—
“(cza)section 1087ZA (required particulars available for public inspection for limited period);”;
(b)after paragraph (e) insert—
“(f)section 1095A (rectification of register to resolve a discrepancy).”.

Explanatory Memorandum
Explanatory Memorandum sets out a brief statement of the purpose of a Statutory Instrument and provides information about its policy objective and policy implications. They aim to make the Statutory Instrument accessible to readers who are not legally qualified and accompany any Statutory Instrument or Draft Statutory Instrument laid before Parliament from June 2004 onwards.
