2. The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 is the day after the day on which these Regulations are made—
(a)paragraph 41(3) to (9) of Schedule 8 (devolution), and
(b)section 23(7) (consequential and transitional provision) insofar as it relates to paragraph 41(3) to (9) of Schedule 8.
