There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Waste (Wales) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Section 1.
1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Waste (Wales) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
(2) They come into force as follows—
(a)as regards this Part and Part 2, 21 days after the day on which they are laid;
(b)as regards the remainder, on exit day.
