26.—(1) Regulation H7 (dependent child not being maintained by surviving parent or spouse or civil partner or nominated partner of a parent) is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading(1) for “nominated partner” substitute “scheme partner”.
(3) In paragraph (1)(2) for each reference to “nominated partner” substitute “scheme partner”.
(4) In paragraph (2)(3) for “nominated partner” substitute “scheme partner”.
