101.—(1) Schedule 20 is amended as follows.U.K.
(2) In the heading of Part 3, for “GDPR” substitute “ UK GDPR ”.
(3) In the italic heading before paragraph 12, for “GDPR” (in both places) substitute “ UK GDPR ”.
(4) In paragraph 18—
(a)in sub-paragraphs (2)(b) and (6)(b), for “applied GDPR” substitute “ UK GDPR ”;
(b)after sub-paragraph (7) insert—
“(8) In this paragraph, references to the UK GDPR do not include the EU GDPR as it was directly applicable to the United Kingdom before [F1IP completion day] (see paragraph 2 of Schedule 21).”.
(5) In paragraph 50, for “GDPR” substitute “ UK GDPR ”.
