17.—(1) The Equality Act 2010 M1 is amended as follows.U.K.
(2) In section 118(1) (time limits) M2, for “sections 140A and” substitute “ section ”.
(3) In section 123(1) (time limits) M3, for “sections 140A and” substitute “ section ”.
(4) In section 129(3) (time limits) M4, for “sections 140A and” substitute “ section ”.
(5) Omit section 140A (extension of time limits because of mediation in certain cross-border disputes) M5.
(6) In section 140B(1) (extension of time limits to facilitate conciliation before institution of proceedings) M6, omit from “But it does not apply” to the end.
