The Counter-Terrorism (International Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Section 60B is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 01 March 2025. 60B.—(1) The Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 is amended as set out in paragraph (2).
(2) In section 49(3), in the definition of “terrorist financing”, for paragraph (c) substitute—
“(c)any of regulations 11 to 16 of the Counter-Terrorism (International Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (S.I. 2019/573), or”.]
