The Republic of Belarus (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Section 62 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 01 March 2025. 62.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), any expression used in this Part and in section 19 or 20 of the Act has the same meaning in this Part as it has in section 19 or (as the case may be) section 20 of the Act.
(2) For the purpose of interpreting any reference to “prohibited goods” or “relevant goods” in this Part, any reference in section 19 or 20 of the Act to a “relevant prohibition or requirement” is to be read as a reference to any prohibition specified in [F1regulation 57(2)(a) to (e)].
