The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Section 1 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 13 March 2025. 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
(2) This regulation, Part 7, Part 8 and the following regulations come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made—
(a)regulation 49(e);
(b)regulation 85(3), (6), (8), (11) and (14);
(c)regulation 87(b);
(d)regulation 88(e);
(e)regulation 130;
(f)regulation 171;
(g)regulation 179(3);
(h)regulation 187(3), in so far as it inserts paragraph (3) in article 1 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Qualifying EU Provisions) Order 2013 M1; and
(i)regulation 190(3), in so far as it inserts paragraph (3) in article 1 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Qualifying EU Provisions) (No. 2) Order 2013 M2.
(3) The other provisions of these Regulations come into force on exit day.
(4) In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 M3.
