14.—(1) Regulation 33 is amended as follows.
(2) Omit paragraph (1)(b)(ii).
(3) Omit paragraph (3)(b).
(4) Omit paragraph (4).
(5) Omit paragraph (6)(b), and the “and” immediately preceding it.
