1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Cross-border Parcel Delivery Services (Amendment) (No.2) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.
(2) Regulations 2, 3 and 4 of these Regulations come into force on IP completion day and Regulation 5 comes into force twenty-one days after the day on which these Regulations are laid before Parliament.
