2.—(1) The Timber and Timber Products and FLEGT (EU Exit) Regulations 2018(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 1—
(a)for the heading, substitute “Citation, commencement and extent”;
(b)number the existing provision as paragraph (1);
(c)after paragraph (1) insert—
“(2) Part 2 of these Regulations extends to England and Wales and Scotland.”.
(3) In regulation 4—
