5. In article 164(3) of the Magistrates’ Courts (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 (appearance by counsel or solicitor)(1), after “1978”, insert “, as it has effect by virtue of regulation 5 of the Services of Lawyers and Lawyer’s Practice (Revocation etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020”.
S.I. 1981/1675 (N.I. 26), to which there are amendments not relevant to these Regulations.
