5.—(1) The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2, in the inserted text—
(a)in paragraph (6), for “exit” substitute “IP completion”;
(b)in paragraph (12), for “exit” in each place it occurs, substitute “IP completion”.
(3) In regulation 4—
