11.—(1) The Waste (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2019(1) are amended as follows.
(2) After regulation 1 insert—
1A.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the amendments made by Parts 2 and 3 have the same extent as the Regulations being amended.
(2) The amendments made by regulations 18 and 20 do not extend to Northern Ireland.”.
(3) In regulation 9—
(a)in paragraph (3), in the inserted regulation 2A—
(i)for paragraphs (2), (3) and (4) substitute—
