1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida (United Nations Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) Order 2020.
(2) This Order comes into force immediately after—
(a)the Sanctions (EU Exit) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2020(1),
(b)the Sanctions (EU Exit) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 3) Regulations 2020(2), and
(c)the Sanctions (EU Exit) (Consequential Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2020(3),
have come into force in the United Kingdom.
(3) This Order extends to each British overseas territory listed in Schedule 1.
