Amendment of the Ozone-Depleting Substances and Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

2.—(1) The Ozone-Depleting Substances and Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 1—

(a) for the heading, substitute “Citation, commencement and extent”;

(b) number the existing provision as paragraph (1);

(c) after paragraph (1) insert—

“(2) Regulations 2 and 35 extend to Great Britain only.

(3) Regulation 35A extends to Northern Ireland only.”

(3) In regulation 4—

(a) for paragraph (2) substitute—

“(2) After paragraph 3 insert—
