17. Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 2 to the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 M1 (minerals) are incorporated into this Order subject to the modifications that—
(a)paragraph 8(3) is not incorporated; and
(b)for the “acquiring authority” there is substituted “ the undertaker ”.
