Amendment of the Northamptonshire (Structural Changes) Order 2020

14. In article 20 (election of councillors of North Northamptonshire and West Northamptonshire, etc)—
(a)in each place in which it occurs for “2020 elections” substitute “2021 elections”;
(b)in paragraphs (1)(a), (9) and (10) for “2020” substitute “2021”;
(c)for paragraphs (4) and (5) substitute—
“(4) The shadow authority for North Northamptonshire must designate an officer of the county council or one of the North Northamptonshire councils to act at the 2021 election as the returning officer for North Northamptonshire (“the North Northamptonshire Council returning officer”).
(5) The shadow authority for West Northamptonshire must designate an officer of the county council or one of the West Northamptonshire councils to act at the 2021 election as the returning officer for West Northamptonshire (“the West Northamptonshire Council returning officer”).”;
(d)omit paragraphs (11) to (19).
