4. The authorised development must be carried out within the parameters shown and described on the parameters plans and subject to those parameters in carrying out the authorised development the undertaker may—
(a)deviate laterally from the lines or situations of the authorised development shown on the works plans to the extent of the limits of deviation shown on those plans [F1and in respect of new onsite road infrastructure (comprised in Work Nos. 4, 5, 7 and 10) deviate vertically from the levels shown on the parameters plans to the extent stated in the note to those plans];
[F2(b)in respect of bridges—
(i)deviate vertically from the levels shown highlighted yellow on the bridge plans to a maximum of 0.5 metres upwards or 1.0 metres downwards; and
(ii)deviate laterally from the position of the bridge abutments shown on the bridge plans to the maximum extent described and shown highlighted blue on the bridge plans; and]
(c)in respect of the railway works comprised in Works Nos. 1 and 2, deviate vertically from the levels shown on the rail section plans to a maximum of 1.5 metres upwards or 2.5 metres downwards.
