5. In Class A of Part 1 of Schedule 2—
(a)in paragraph A.1.—
(i)at the end of sub-paragraph (j)(iii) omit “or”;
(ii)at the end of sub-paragraph (k) for “.” substitute “; or”;
(iii)after sub-paragraph (k) insert—
“(l)the dwellinghouse is built under Part 20 of this Schedule (construction of new dwellinghouses).”;
(b)in paragraph A.4.(2) after sub-paragraph (e) insert—
“together with any fee required to be paid.”.
