7. In Class C of Part 1 of Schedule 2, in paragraph C.1.—
(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (c) omit “or”;
(b)at the end of sub-paragraph (d) for “.” substitute “; or”;
(c)after sub-paragraph (d) insert—
“(e)the dwellinghouse is built under Part 20 of this Schedule (construction of new dwellinghouses).”.
