Amendment of the Customs Tariff (Suspension of Import Duty Rates) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020

2.—(1) The Customs Tariff (Suspension of Import Duty Rates) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2, in the definition of “Suspensions of Import Duty Rates Document”, for “1.3, dated 19th July 2021” substitute “1.4, dated 25th October 2021(2)”.
(3) In regulation 5(b), for “column 3” substitute “column 5”.
