Transitional provision
3.—(1) In this article, “the 1972 Act” means the Local Government Act 1972(1).
(2) Any notice or other document published or sent before 1 May 2021 in accordance with the provisions specified in paragraph (3) as modified by the Local Authorities (Coronavirus) (Meetings) (Wales) Regulations 2020(2) in relation to a meeting held on or after 1 May 2021, is to be treated as having been published or sent in accordance with those provisions as amended by Schedule 4 to the 2021 Act.
(3) The provisions are—
(a)section 1 of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960(3);
(b)Part 5A of the 1972 Act;
(c)Schedule 12 to the 1972 Act.
