Amendment of regulation 2A

3. In regulation 2A (exemptions for vaccinated travellers and others)—
(a)in paragraph (2)—
(i)in sub-paragraph (a), omit “other than Metropolitan France”;
(ii)in sub-paragraph (b), omit “Metropolitan France or”;
(b)in paragraph (7), for “paragraphs (3) and (6)” substitute “paragraph (3)”;
(c)after paragraph (7) insert—
“(7A) For the purposes of paragraph (6), P has completed a course of doses of a vaccine if P has received the complete course of doses of the vaccine as specified in the manufacturer’s guidance for that vaccine.”;
(d)in paragraph (8), for “received”, in the second place in which it occurs, substitute “completed”.
