The Pension Schemes Act 2021 (Commencement No. 7 and Transitory Provision) Regulations 2022

Commencement

2.  The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act, in so far as they are not already in force(1), is the day after the day these Regulations are made—

(a) section 118 (qualifying pensions dashboard service);

(b) section 119 (information from occupational pension schemes);

(c) section 121 (information from personal and stakeholder pension schemes); and

(d) section 122 (the Money and Pensions Service: the pensions guidance function) so far as it inserts section 4A(2) to (6) into the 2018 Act.
